Joaquin is a past European Historic Champion in a Lotus 23 in both 1993 and 1994 before turning his attention to the premier historic motor racing championship. His maiden win came, appropriately, at the first round of the 2002 season, held at Jarama in Spain.
Having campaigned a Lotus 91 and Williams, Joaquin now drives the fabulous Brabham BT49D.
