
Born in China and raised in Japan, Abba Kogan is a Brazilian national with a professional background in video games.
He started racing in his 40s with Bugattis/Osca F2,Maserati250F primarily in New Zealand and then tried rear-engined Formula cars and has never looked back.
He bought a Brabham BT20 home in 2nd place behind good friend Joachin Folch at the Monaco Historique in 1997 and has been part of HFO for some time now driving a Williams FWO6/2. In 2008 he was overall runner up and winner of Class A.
In 2009 he intends to campaign in an Arrows A3, a March 761/4 and a Maclaren M257/1. That said he has a love for Matras above all other cars. We need more like him to bring out those fabulous V12 powered cars.
